You are invited on a Seafood lover’s behind the scenes guided tour of our multi fish species processing factory

The Tour
Learn about our diverse local fishing and aquaculture industries, observe how the fishermen’s catch is received, packed and stored. View the many and varied species of the day. See how we open Oysters, peel Prawns, clean squid and witness the famous King George Whiting being filleted at high-speeds

The Tasting
Come and taste the renowned Coffin Bay Oyster and enjoy a tantalising tasting of our in-house smoked fish and pickled Mussels, Squid, Octopus & Scallops

    You are invited on a “Seafood Lovers” guided tour of our multi fish species processing factory • Learn about our diverse local fishing and aquaculture industries • Discover how a fish travels from the ocean to your plate • See how fish is received, weighed and stored (you may see a fisherman unloading his catch) • Learn about Eyre Peninsula’s Oyster industry and taste a ‘just opened’ Oyster • See a commercial filleting room in action and witness the famous King George Whiting being filleted at high-speeds • Enjoy a tantalising tasting of in-house smoked and pickled seafood $25 Single Adult $12.50 Single Child (3 - 13 years incl.) $64 Family (2 adults & 2 children) $21 per person for a group between 10 (minimum) and 25 (maximum) $150 for small groups of 1 to 6 people 11:00am – 12:30pm Monday – Friday (or an alternative time can be arranged to suit your group’s schedule) Book at the Port Lincoln Visitor Information Centre. NB: Covered shoes must be worn Popular add-on options include Tour with tasting and lunch Tailor made tours for students, clubs, associations etc.
